40T Heavy-duty Omnidirectional AGV for Rubber Roll Transport
Rubber rolls weighing up to 40 tons, with diameters of up to 5–6 meters, pose significant challenges for safe and efficient in-plant logistics, especially in complex environments with slopes and uneven surfaces. To address this, a 40-ton heavy-duty AGV has been developed with a modular design and adjustable saddles to accommodate different roll diameters. Equipped with omnidirectional steering wheels, independent drive units, and hydraulic suspension, it ensures stable operation with strong climbing and obstacle-crossing capability. Through MES integration, operators can call and manage the AGV across multiple stations, enabling flexible, reliable, and intelligent rubber roll transport in demanding industrial environments.
