AGradinlift has recently completed a successful collaboration with globally renowned construction machinery manufacturer Zoomlion, delivering a custom-built 80-ton hydraulic synchronous scissor lift platform. This delivery marks a key step in supporting Zoomlion’s push toward more efficient and intelligent vehicle dispatch operations.

The delivered platform is engineered to elevate vehicles of various lengths to a height of 1 meter, enabling them to extend their stabilizers and securely park on the steel platform. It ensures seamless alignment with a flatbed truck for smooth and stable transfer of vehicles, significantly improving the efficiency and safety of the loading process.

High-Performance Configuration for Demanding Applications

With a rated load capacity of 80 tons, the platform utilizes a scissor-type hydraulic lifting mechanism that offers smooth and stable elevation. The system integrates a PLC control unit, working in combination with sensors and proportional valves to ensure precise synchronous control. Both manual control panels and wireless remote control are available, providing flexible and safe operation under complex conditions.

Robust Construction with Thoughtful Details

The steel structure of the platform measures 12000mm × 600mm × 1000mm. The top panel is slightly wider to rest securely on angle steel edges surrounding the pit, minimizing the risk of water ingress. The surface is finished with a high-performance anti-corrosion coating consisting of an epoxy zinc-rich primer and topcoat, with a total film thickness not less than 200μm in a neutral gray color, offering strong weather resistance and a clean industrial appearance.

The dual-side support structure provides overall 80-ton bearing capacity, and staircases are installed at the platform ends to allow safe and convenient access for operators and maintenance personnel. A dedicated weatherproof canopy shelters the control cabinet and operator console, ensuring durability and safe operation during rainy conditions.

Intelligent Drainage System Ensures Reliable Operation

To manage potential water accumulation in the pit, the system includes a sensor-activated automatic pump. When the water level exceeds a preset threshold, the pump is automatically triggered to discharge water, ensuring a safe and dry operating environment for the platform.
