This Custom Omnidirectional Mecanum Wheel Transfer Cart is designed to replace traditional forklifts for precise assembly tasks, such as aligning heavy train couplers into vehicle chassis mounting holes.
Combining a zero-radius Mecanum wheel system, a 500kg load capacity, a vertical scissor lift (800–1900 mm), and a longitudinal telescopic extension deck (0–1000 mm), this vehicle delivers multi-axis millimeter-level positioning. Controlled via a dedicated anti-interference wireless remote and powered by a long-lasting LiFePO4 battery, it smoothly crosses 70mm ground rails and operates safely in tight, high-intensity industrial workshops.
