Through-beam photoelectric sensors installed at the infeed and outfeed stations provide real-time position detection, automatically signaling internal roller conveyors and interlocking motorized rolling shutter doors for coordinated automated loading and unloading sequences.

  • Precision Dual Pushrod Leveling Mechanism: To counteract structural deformation under off-center loads and ensure perfectly flush alignment with connecting floor conveyors, the carriage platform is equipped with dual diagonal leveling pushrods mounted directly underneath the deck frame.
