Engineered with high-strength structural steel and industrial hydraulic cylinders, the scissor-lift mechanism ensures smooth, stable, and synchronous vertical elevation up to 6 meters. The rigid structure guarantees minimal deflection even under maximum 2-ton load capacity at extreme slope angles.
Precise Wireless Remote Angle Adjustment (10°–45°)
Operators can continuously adjust the ramp slope from a gentle 10° incline up to a steep 45° grade using a ergonomic wireless remote control. This allows test engineers to maintain a safe distance while accurately simulating various real-world terrain slopes and steep hill-climbing conditions.
Extreme High-Traction Anti-Slip Surface (16–36 Grit)
The ramp surface is treated with an extra-coarse sandblasted/grit-epoxy coating (16–36 grit roughness), providing exceptional tire-to-deck friction. This prevents wheel slippage, skidding, or unexpected sliding during critical power, torque, and traction testing on high-angle inclines.
Comprehensive Multi-Layer Safety Guarding
Designed with safety as a top priority, the platform features heavy-duty perimeter safety guardrails along the ramp and top platform, preventing vehicles from veering off course during tests. High-visibility yellow boundary stripes and end-stop buffers add an extra layer of operational protection.
Spacious 5m × 4m Top Resting Platform
The top platform measures 5 meters long by 4 meters wide, giving test vehicles ample room to reach the summit, come to a complete stop, conduct parking brake tests, or safely turn around before descending.
Optimized Footprint for Indoor Test Labs
