  • Dual Secure Remotes: Equipped with two secure, key-locked remote controls alongside the main control box, featuring highly visible, localized Chinese/English push buttons >20mm diameter) and prominent ≥30mm red mushroom-head emergency stops on a yellow base.

3. Ultimate Safety Interlocking & Protection

  • Full Behavioral Interlocking: To prevent operator error, the lift incorporates fail-safe limit switches: the platform cannot lift or travel if the guardrail gates are unlatched or if the telescopic decks are extended. It also locks vertical lifting while moving laterally, and vice-versa.

  • Explosion-Proof & Leak Hydraulics: The hydraulic system features dedicated hydraulic locks and anti-burst explosion-proof valves at the cylinder ports. In the event of a sudden hose rupture, the system instantly locks the fluid path to prevent platform dropping.

  • Emergency Override Systems: Built-in manual pressure relief valves allow operators to lower the platform smoothly using its own weight during a total factory power outage.

  • Electrical Guarding: The main distribution board features integrated phase-loss and leakage protection relays to prevent motor burnouts and electrical shocks.

4. Heavy-Duty Structural Integrity

  • Scissor Arms: Constructed from massive 200*100*8mm high-strength rectangular steel tubing.

  • Frames & Decking: The upper platform and lower base frames are built using heavy 16# channel steel, topped with a 4mm non-slip checkered steel plate.

  • Safety Margin: Engineered with a mechanical load safety factor of ≥5 and a dynamic power safety factor of ≥1.5.

5. Ergonomics & Site Safety

  • Continuous Safety Anchorages: Features a 1.1m high-perimeter guardrail with integrated door locks. The top rail is explicitly designed with a continuous, heavy-duty fall-arrest anchor line, allowing operators to easily slide their safety lanyards without unhooking.

  • Operational Alerts: Fitted with an active synchronized sound and light alarm system that triggers whenever the platform is in motion.

  • Track Sweepers: Includes front and rear rail sweepers/guards mounted ahead of the wheels to keep the tracks clear of debris and protect surrounding personnel.
