90-Degree Single-Sided Hydraulic Upender Tilter Platform for Coil & Wheel Disc Handling
The 1000kg 90-Degree Hydraulic Upender Tilter Platform is a heavy-duty industrial load-handling platform engineered to safely tilt, rotate, and position heavy materials—such as wheel discs, cylindrical coils, shafts, and round workpieces—from a flat horizontal orientation to a 90-degree upright vertical stance in approximately 60 seconds. Built with custom-engineered dual platforms, one side incorporates a mechanical clamping device designed to lock round workpieces or wheel discs in place during rotation. The opposite side features an integrated V-groove base that securely cradles cylindrical loads, preventing roll or slippage.

1. 90° Horizontal-to-Vertical Turning
The upender is designed to start with the workpiece in a horizontal position and rotate it through 90° to an upright position, simplifying workpiece positioning and handling.
2. Customized Clamping Fixture
One platform surface is equipped with a clamping device for securing wheel components, helping maintain workpiece stability during the 90° turning process.
3. V-Groove Workpiece Support
The other platform surface incorporates a V-shaped groove, providing positioning and support for cylindrical or round workpieces and helping improve stability during handling.
4. Adjustable Hydraulic Turning Speed
The hydraulic power unit is equipped with a flow-control valve, allowing the turning speed to be adjusted. The specified turning cycle is approximately 60 seconds, enabling controlled movement during operation.
5. Extended Hydraulic Hose
The hydraulic system is specified with an 8-meter oil hose, providing greater flexibility for positioning the hydraulic power unit and equipment during installation.
