80T Heavy-duty AGVs for Wind Power Hub Transport

In wind power manufacturing, completed hubs weigh around 80 tons, making traditional crane-based handling costly, inflexible, and risky. To address this, 80T Heavy-duty AGVs have been developed, featuring a low chassis (670 mm height) and a 200 mm lifting stroke for safe and stable transfer. Capable of operating both indoors and outdoors, with strong climbing performance and remote-control operation, these AGVs enable efficient hub transport across workshops and to outdoor areas, even in light rain. Equipped with a lifting wheel system and ultrasonic sensors for precise docking with support frames, they also provide a platform that supports both component transfer and worker installation tasks, ensuring safety, flexibility, and efficiency throughout the production process.
