The upender is designed to rotate workpieces through a controlled 90° angle, changing components from a horizontal position to an upright position. This configuration simplifies workpiece repositioning and can be used before subsequent processes such as assembly, welding, machining, inspection, or material handling.

With a customized platform configuration of 2000 × 4000 mm + 4000 × 2000 mm, the equipment provides a large supporting area for oversized structural components. Both working surfaces are designed as flat platforms, helping provide stable contact and support before and after the turning operation.
4. Reliable Mechanical Chain Drive System
The equipment adopts a mechanical turning structure driven by a 16A-2 chain and a 2.2 kW motor reducer. The mechanical transmission configuration provides a direct and practical solution for heavy workpiece rotation, while the robust frame and reinforced steel components are designed to withstand demanding load conditions.
5. Efficient Turning with Industrial Safety Controls
The specified turning speed is ≤80 seconds, helping improve workpiece handling efficiency during production. The external electrical control box adopts a three-phase four-wire configuration with a grounding terminal and is equipped with emergency stop and phase-loss protection functions for safer operation in industrial environments.
6. Heavy-Duty Steel Construction for Industrial Applications
The main frame uses J160 × 80 × 5 steel profiles, with a 16 mm steel plate for the working platform and a 6 mm base panel. This reinforced construction provides a solid foundation for 6-ton load handling and long-term industrial use.
