500T Heavy-duty AGV for Transporting Power Transformers

The transportation of large power transformers, each weighing over 500 tons, presents significant challenges due to their massive size and the limitations of traditional transfer methods, which are often inefficient, high-risk, and lack flexibility. To address these issues, a 500-ton heavy-duty wheeled AGV has been developed, designed with an ultra-low chassis to accommodate low support frames while maintaining balanced load distribution. This AGV ensures safe and stable handling of oversized transformers and can achieve millimeter-level precision in turning and positioning, even within narrow and congested plant environments.
