Hydraulic 90° Coil Rotation: The equipment utilizes an electric hydraulic pump station to drive double-acting hydraulic cylinders, enabling smooth and controlled 90-degree flipping of wire coils. This design ensures stable operation and precise positioning throughout the flipping process.

First Platform with Integrated Rollers: The first platform is fitted with a roller section (700 × 700 mm) that allows for easy horizontal movement and positioning of the coil. This helps ensure the coil end is aligned tightly against the second platform for a precise flipping operation.

Strapping Bracket for Coil Securing: A built-in strapping support on the side of the first platform allows operators to secure the coil tightly with straps, eliminating the risk of slippage or displacement during rotation. This feature enhances safety and stability.

Movable Second Platform: The second platform (1300 × 1300 mm) is designed to be movable and repositionable. Before flipping, operators can easily insert lifting tools or coil lifting devices into the coil. Once in place, the platform is reset to support the flipping process.

Automatic Reset Function: After the coil is flipped and removed—typically using an overhead crane—the hydraulic cylinders retract to return both platforms to their original positions, ready for the next operation. This cycle ensures fast turnaround and improved operational efficiency.
